PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is one of the most widely used plastic types worldwide. We produce semi-original and original PVC compounds with the formulations that have emerged with years of experience of our professional research team.

The PVC granule we produce is the main raw material for many sectors and contributes to the economy whereby the need for importing PVC is less required. After analyzing the needs of our customers and the related sectors, we work to offer the most efficient PVC granule raw material at the most affordable cost and to produce environmentally friendly plastic raw materials of the same quality.

Our company was established to meet the PVC granule raw material needs of many sectors: cables, gaskets, hoses, automotive, shoes, various injection molded and extruded products in our country and abroad.

PVC IS WIDELY USED IN THE CABLE SECTOR
PVC is one of the rare thermoplastics that carries chlorine atoms in its polymer chain. Due to the chlorine atom in the structure of PVC, the flammability temperature of PVC is high. It is widely used in the cable industry because it has a structure that immediately extinguishes when flame is ignited

IS PVC A RECYCLABLE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY POLYMER?

PVC is a thermoplastic that can be processed multiple times if the polymeric bonds in its structure, which can soften with the application of heat and pressure during processing, are not broken. PVC is a recyclable polymer. PVC wastes, which can be recycled, are transformed into a second different product when subjecting them to physical and chemical processes. This reduces the amount of garbage and helps the environment to save energy.

Recycling is therefor important in terms of preserving our natural resources for future generations and protecting the ecological balance of our world. For this reason, PVC recycling significantly prevents the harm of natural resources. There is no need to seek for new raw materials for the production of consumer materials, thus preventing both air and environmental pollution.

Plastics are thought to harm the environment with the increase in usage areas, on the contrary, PVC has undertaken the task of protecting the environment and people. A good example is the use of PVC in the manufacturing of window and doors. This way deforestation has been reduced and forests are protected. In this respect we can note that PVC is considered “environmentally friendly” just like the Plasman Polimer family. It has adopted the duty of protecting the environment through PVC recycling.
