MBA INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS company is the newest company of the Akçura family, which has been operating in rubber and its products industry since 1977 and is continuing this tradition in 3 generations. The new company has started its production in 2017 and is working successfully in Turkey and in the world market.

Although our company has been working in the cable sector for more than 5 years, it has become more known in the market with its own brand in the last 2 years. Our group, which follows the production and marketing activities through two separate companies, continues to expand its place in the market with its successful activity in the cable and belt sector and particularly with its 100% domestic, national and patented brand denominated “BAUBELT”.
We are one of few companies which manufacture in European standards cable casingpil machine belts which are used by cable companies and named “cable drawing belt” or “kablo çekme kayışı” in Turkish.

When taking in consideration the production steps, we may say that different from the production methods of alternative products made in the domestic market, our products are produced as a whole, uninterrupted belts, without extensions, by using cord fabric and by applying the method of melting under pressing, which ensures their perfect fusing.

As known, the cord fabric is a highly resistant material and is now preferred in the Defense Industry due to its light and durability. We have made this product suitable for use in the cable industry, and particularly in cables requiring resistance.

One of the biggest problems identified among the examples assessed in the general sense is the internal ruptures caused by the abrasion of the belt due to the force generated during pulling. Such problem causes the machine to stop working and stop the production line.

The main reason of this problem is that the inner fabrics of the belts, which constitute one of the mail production structures, are independent of each other and added to the tip. For this reason, the fabrics that provide the strength in the belt remain sometimes under pressure, and sometimes independent of each other. We are solving these problems with this production method untried before in Turkey.

Our history and experience in the rubber sector is another factor that that enabled us to provide solutions for the needs of the sector. Thanks to our formulas which allow to hold even at different usage places (especially in the areas such as armoring, coated cable, metal surfaces, pvc, rubber, wet pvc etc.) and minimize the shift in different stages of cable production, we have avoided the problems that may occur during the production process.
As of today, we are working actively with approximately 20 cable companies located in many cities of Turkey, such as Istanbul, Izmit, Izmir, Kayseri, Denizli, Konya, Tekirdağ. With this new product for the sector, we have created business relationships with many companies in a short period of time because we are always generous in providing samples of our products at least.

Until now we have participated in many European fairs with our brand BAUBELT, and we closely follow the developments in the sector. Our approach to new products will always continue in a courageous and ambitious way.
