The latest addition to a long history of innovation is the new type
MSM 86 rod breakdown machine designed for wires made of
copper, copper alloys, aluminum, aluminum alloys, and other
non-ferrous metals. State-of-the-art technological features and
modular design result in dependably high quality wire surfaces
and high production output. The real innovative power comes
from unprecedented energy efficiency and an energy consump-
tion which is 10% lower than that of its predecessor model MSM
85 and 20% lower than that of conventional rod breakdown ma-
chines.
The MSM 86 is designed to be combined with the new R 502
continuous resistance annealer. With an annealing power of 530
kW, the R 502 is the most powerful NIEHOFF annealer to date.
Power consumption is reduced by 20% compared to state-of-
the art DC annealers due to the newly developed voltage control
system NAC (Niehoff Annealing Controller) and the AC annealing
principle.

Uzun bir yenlikçilik mazisi olan; bakır, bakır alaşımları, aluminyum,
aluminyum alaşımları ve diğer demir dışı metaller için kaba tel çek-
me makinalarının en son modeli MSM 86, teknolojinin ulaştığı
son noktadaki özellikleri ve modüler tasarımı sayesinde, üst düzey

MSM 86, yeni R 502 model tav ünitesi ile kombine edilmek üze-
re tasarlanmıştır. 530 kW tavlama gücü ile R 502, bugüne ka-
dar imal edilmiş en güçlü NIEHOFF tav ünitesidir. Yeni geliştirilen
voltaj kontrol sistemi NAC (Niehoff Annealing Controller) ve AC
tav prensibi sayesinde, son model DC tav ünitlerine kıyasla %20
enerji tasarrufu sağlamaktadır.
