The Unchanging Meeting of the Plastics Industry

Due to being in the grip of economic recession in Western countries, the leading suppliers of the plastics industry set their sights on Turkey and increase competition in the market. Held in December 3 – 6, 2015, Plast Eurasia İstanbul, 25th International Plastics Industry Fair, the most significant and extensive meeting of the plastics industry in Turkey and Eurasia, has been receiving a great deal of attention from the industry professionals.
Fair is ready to brake a new record in 2015 Plast Eurasia İstanbul 2014 brought together the industry’s leading professionals and 1067 companies and company representatives from 41 countries, organized in 98.000 sqm exhibition area indoor. 43.756 industry professionals visited the largest marketing trade platform in 2014. In 2015, the exhibition space has been increased from 98.000 sqm to 120.000 sqm indoor. In first six months, 80% of exhibition space has been already sold.
Aiming to outstrip last year’s success in 2015, the marketing activities of Plast Eurasia İstanbul have been densely implemented in local and overseas markets. Beside the head office, industry professionals from target regions have been kept informed about the fair through its 11 local, 6 overseas offices and representatives operating in over 30 countries. Fair has been also publicized through ads, bulletins on printed and online media, face to face marketing activities in local and international trade events.
As a result of marketing activities implemented by Tüyap and supporter organizations, over 40,000 professionals are expected to visit the fair. On the other hand, Plast Eurasia İstanbul team exhibited at Plast’15 in Milan. Necessary promotional activities have continued and B2B meetings have been made during the Plast’15 fair. As a result, Plast Eurasia İstanbul 2015 has been promoted effectively in the international platform. Organized annually by Tüyap in cooperation with PAGEV (Turkish Plastics Industry Foundation), Plast Eurasia İstanbul is held in December 3 – 6, 2015 in Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center.
