The center of the Industry 4.0: WIN Eurasia Automation

WIN Eurasia Automation 2017, the leading trade fair of the manufacturing industry, welcomed its visitors at TUYAP between March 16-19, 2017. After 4 days, it is recorded as the most attractive and successful industrial event of the last years in terms of exhibited innovations and visitor intensity.
Bringing together Otomasyon Eurasia, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Eurasia, Electrotech Eurasia and CeMAT Eurasia fairs in a total of 9 halls, WIN Eurasia Automation welcomed 1336 exhibitors from 35 countries. With the support of the Industrial Automation Manufacturers’ Association (ENOSAD), Turkish Fluid Power Association (AKDER), Materials Handling, Storage & Industrial Equipments Association of TURKIYE (İSDER), and Electrical Installation Engineers Association (ETMD), WIN EURASIA Automation hosted the innovations in the industrial world. It was proved again that it is the leading showcase of the region including the latest developments in automation technology for manufacturing processes, electric and electronic technology, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and intralogistic solutions under one roof.
Industry 4.0 got on the stage
“Industry 4.0.” which is the most crucial topic of the world of the industry nowadays, was the main theme of the exhibition as well. Supported by Siemens Turkiye as “Industry 4.0 Solution Partner”, WIN EURASIA Automation 2017 offered an invaluable opportunity to the manufacturers that were looking to facilitate the transformation to this new era. With the attendance of the leading companies, the show placed major emphasis on the digitization of manufacturing as well as human-machine collaboration.
Alexander Kühnel, General Manager of Hannover Fairs Turkey emphasized that: “WIN Eurasia Automation presented one of the major contributions to the development of Industry 4.0 in Eurasia with the innovative products and solutions displayed by our exhibitors. This fair made it clear that the new industrial era has arrived in Turkey and digital integration is becoming a key aspect of modern manufacturing. ”
Not only with the showcased technologies but also with the well-organized panels and forums, the Industry 4.0 was featured during WIN Eurasia Automation. The Automation Forum, organized with the contribution of ENOSAD and the Hydraulic & Pneumatic Forum organized with the support of AKDER concentrated on the development of the manufacturing industry under the effect of this new industrial era. In addition to these forums, for the first time this year, the Industry 4.0 Panel was organized at the first day of the exhibition. Speakers from the leading international companies of the sector gave important projections about the future’s production system and business models during these forums and panel.
Two new special sections welcomed visitors
Besides the new theme “Industry 4.0”, the exhibition provided two new special areas such as Compressed Air and Vacuum Technology and WIN STARTUP this year. At the Compressed Air and Vacuum Technology Area , visitors got the opportunity to discover the important technologies which have the critical importance for the sustainable production and energy efficiency.
Kaan Erman, Sales Manager of Enkosan Kompresor which is the Turkish distributor of BAUER, said that: “This is the first year of this special display area related to compressed air and vacuum technologies. We thought that it was a good opportunity for us to be here and now we see that this was the right decision. We plan to participate WIN Eurasia 2018, too.”
On the other hand, the other special area STARTUP brought together the young and innovative companies in cooperation with ITU Arı Techno Park. Established for the first time this year, 16 companies demonstrated their ideas and entrepreneurial activities in this area and they got the opportunity to develop potential cooperation. It offered a platform to support young talents and it encouraged them for entrepreneurship.
Almost %100 Visitor Satisfaction
WIN EURASIA Automation came to the fore once again as the most important meeting of the sector in the Eurasia economic region. This year, the most attractive event of the last years was observed. 72.143 professionals visited the fair. Both the exhibited products and the forums drew heavy attention. Besides the national visitors and Anatolian delegations coming from all over Turkey, buyers from 21 countries were hosted within the scope of the invited delegations program organized by Ministry of Economy and the Hannover Fairs Turkey. Moreover, the highest visitor satisfaction rate has gained with 98.6% this year. Not only visitors but also exhibitors expressed their high satisfaction with the fair.
Cem Yıldız, Sales Director at STILL ARSER which exhibiting at CeMAT Eurasia mentioned that: “This is our 6th year at WIN Eurasia Automation and every year we see that it offers good benefits. It provides many advantages for us to show our products and to introduce ourselves especially to foreign costumers from Middle East, Turkic Republics and Eastern Europe. Because of this, we tripled our booth area this year.”
WIN EURASIA 2018: TOGETHER AGAIN
It is announced that WIN EURASIA Automation and WIN EURASIA Metalworking are going to combine their forces by 2018. Next year, by gathering 7 trade fairs together, WIN EURASIA 2018 will bring together all interrelated products and services in the manufacturing processes under a single roof. It will bring together its visitors with much more products, brands and exhibitors.
WIN Eurasia 2018 will be staged on March 15th – 18th, 2018.
