Could you give us some information about your company and its foundation ?
Nacar Kablo San ve Tic has been founded in the year 1988 and has set its target as realizing quality production permanently and offering its products serially to the use of the customers. It is one of the rare companies which have been able to maintain its existence up to the present time especially without making any concessions from the principle of quality. It is a private enterprise which tries to differentiate itself from others by taking different steps and introducing novelties, and shapens its future in this way. Nacar Kablo is continuing its production activities ceaselessly and rapidly in its own production plants.
Could you give us some information about the new product that you have introduced to the sector, namely the cable with spiral pipe?
Let me answer this question by the definition of the cable with spiral pipe. The cable with spiral pipe is an electrical material which can offer the pipe and the cable, which are the two material that an electrician needs to make an electrical installation, at the same time. In the classical mode of electrical installation, the electrician used to supply the cable, which he/she needed, from the supplier and then supplied the type of pipe which was suitable for the cable that he/she had supplied, from the piper seller. The electrician then used to open that portion of the cable and pipe that he/she had supplied, which he/she would use, and realize the transaction of letting the cable pass through the pipe by fitting one piece of cable drawing material on the tip of the cable. This transaction attracts attention with its difficulty and waste of time. What is more, the likelyhood of the cable or the pipe being damaged during the crossing of the cable is very high. With our product we make it possible to fit the cables into suitable pipes and offer them to the customers in the quantities of 100 meters. Instead of pipe drawing before plastering and waiting for drawing the pipe after plastering, the electrician may complete his/her work with only one transaction and leave the construction site by using this cable with spiral pipe. Besides there shall be no risk of causing any damage on the wall due to such factors as the chocking up of the pipe or ensuring the passage of the cable. In this way the electrician both saves time and does not incur the necessity of visiting the work place twice. The efficient use of time during the working hours of the day might be added to the advantages of this product. Another advantage of the cable with spiral pipe is the easiness with which an intervention can be made in the product for the purpose of preventing the possibility of its being damaged after having been installed. In case of the failure of the cable with spiral pipe after the completion of the installation of cables, the cable with spiral pipe makes it possible for the electrician to determine the defect, draw the cable from inside the pipe easily and replace the cable in its previous place after the completion of the reparation works.
Cables with spiral pipe ensures a great easiness for the electricians in cases of the failure of electrical installations because of their ability to get out of and placed inside the pipe easily. Inside of the pipe outside the product is perforated while its outside is flat and slippery. Could you make an evaluation of the first half of the year 2014 from the point of view of your company ?
While beginning the year 2014, we were very hopeful especially about the cable with spiral pipe, which was our new product. The reason for this was that we had to spare quite an intensive time for eliminating the technical deficiencies of this product as well as our deficiency regarding the promotion of that product. We had received a recompense for our efforts in this regard in the first half of the year 2004. Our turnover has increased 30 % in the first half of the year in comparison to the previous year. We get very positive feedbacks from the technicians and masters who use our new product and this makes us quite happy and increases our motivation. We have also made our plans for the second half of the year. I hope that everything develops in the direction that we have planned.
Do you have new projects and investment plans for the coming period ?
This is one of the issues on which we spend time the most. We plan to increase our production capacity in the coming period. In line with that plan we also aim at increasing our export volume through new market inquiries. We shall continue our activities this year too both for the promotion of the cable with spiral pipe and for making it accessible for people. Our aim is to let every electrician to experience the easiness of using the cable with spiral pipe. Our research and development activities aimed at increasing the diversity of product line is continuing. We may bring the excitement to the sector with our new products in the near future.
