PWM’s new portable cold welder on show at Interwire

PWM will exhibit its new CP180 portable cold welder and two of its best-selling cold welding machines on booth 1358 at Interwire 2017. The products will be featured by Joe Snee Associates, exclusive distributor of PWM cold welding equipment, spares and dies in the US and Canada.
PWM’s CP180 is a small air/hydraulic cold welder contained in a 400mm2 carry pack, weighing just 16kg. It can be easily moved to the work area and enables the operator to join nonferrous wire, strip and profile up to 1.80mm without effort.
The electro/pneumatic EP500 rod welder is low energy, safe and straightforward to operate. It offers manufacturers an economical method of welding copper rod 5mm to 12.50mm and aluminium 5mm to 15mm.
The heavy-duty M101 is a low maintenance manual machine that can be used on a workbench or with a trolley. It produces strong reliable welds on copper wire 1mm to 3.60mm and aluminium 1mm to 5mm and can also be used to weld strip for armouring lines.
