In 2013 GURFIL increased its export rate to the 40%.
We can say that 2013 was a very successful year for GURFIL. We reached our 3 thousand tons target in Foil Film Tape group with the new lamination and slitting machines that we added to our production line. As the usage of spool winding products has increased in recent years, we tripled our spool winding capacity with new machines in 2013 in order to meet the demands of our customers. We exported more than 25 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa by raising our overseas export rate to 40% of our general revenue in 2013. We are aiming to increase our exporting in 2014 as well with the visits that we did potential customers in 13 countries in 2013. With after-sales service, maintenance and spare parts service, we received many orders from both domestic and overseas markets for braiding and taping machines in 2013. By this way, we raised the number of our machines in Turkey and other countries over 800 sets.
New products in 2014:
We are planning to increase the product range in our Foil Film Tape group by 50% at the beginning of 2014. In response to demand from our customers, we will are ready to introduce the following products to our customers in 2014;
