Nacar Kablo Inland Sales Director Mr. Rahmi Burak Nacar: We as Nacar aim to increase our production capacity and to expand our product range.

Rahmi Burak Nacar, who stated that they target to become a Pioneer company with regards to the production of alternative products in the cable sector, answered our question related to the sector for our periodical where he noted that they will progress towards this target without compromising from their quality and the confidence providing company image.
Could you briefly tell something about the purpose of Nacar Kablo’s establishment and the position it achieved today? What for a development process did it experience during this term?
Nacar Kablo started producing cables in 1988 it its own production premises in Istanbul Kâğıthane. It continues with its commercial life since its foundation without violating its principle not make any compromises at its quality and by spreading success over long years. At present it is still one of the rare companies in the sector which were capable to be remembered by their products. It was able add its becoming the pioneer company in the sector with the reliance to its commercial standing, quality, accessibility for nearly 30 years and the spiral piped cables it has produced during the recent years to its successes. My belief in that Nacar Kablo will sustain its existence in the sector for many 30 years is endless.
How was the performance of the cable sector in 2014? May we ask for your forecasts for this year?
2014 wasn’t an easy year for the domestic market and the abroad markets. Particularly the shrinking in the abroad markets has directed many companies towards the domestic market. The cable demand in the domestic market remains much below under the quantity of the produced cables since the cable production is being conducted concentrated. Thus, the manufacturers are forced to minimize their profits. Not every company can withstand this competition and along with this, we unfortunately see that many companies went bankrupt. Of course is this also greatly related to the long termed business system in our market.
We are aware that a hard commercial year is expecting us due to that both the general elections will be held in 2015 and that the war chaos in the neighbouring countries doesn’t come to an end. But we will of course show the necessary endeavour in our market searches and in order to increase our quality and continue to develop in this year, too.
Could you make an accounting of 2014? Did your capacity utilization rate and your domestic and abroad performances realize as you had expected?
We as Nacar Kablo are producing a sector independent alternative product. This new product provides both easiness to our sector in technical terms and 80% saving in the workmanship. Therefore has 2014, which we announced to be the introduction year of the product, passed very good and fruitful. I could say that this year passed for us with exhibitions and customer visits in Anatolia. I think that the feedback of this devotion was more than enough in November and December. That’s why we will continue with promotions in 2015 and 2016, too.
With which expectations and projects do you enter 2015 ? Do you think of a product and service diversification?
I think that 2015 will be a good year for Nacar Kablo. We caught the chance to promote our products both in the inland and abroad with new agreements. And I believe that we will further increase our quality and meet this demand with much better products. Nacar Kablo has also undersigned many agreements with international companies for 2015 for many cable types it provides except the spiral piped cables. We plan to expand our product range by forcing our production capacity.
You would like to add by the end?
It is our target to become the pioneer company at the production of alternative products in the cable sector. We are progressing towards this target without making any compromises in our quality and our confidence providing company image.
