We carry out various activities in order to maintain our success. The customer observes first of all the price and quality of the product which he/she considers to buy.
Producing high quality products does not mean producing expensive products. We carry out various activities for the purpose of reducing our costs in the light of that information .
Besides, the delivery of the product in time increases our value in the eyes of the customer . For that reason we plan our delivery dates very cautiously in order to make a timely delivery. In short we show the best efforts in order to create a good profile in the eyes of the customer ..
Could you give us some information about your products and services? Do you plan to diversify your products and services ?
Our company has been engaged in the production of production lines and winders, unloaders, cable pullers, cooling canals and similar machinery which are used in the cable sector for manufacturing fiber optic, energy and communication cables for approximately 25 years. In the recent years it has proved to be a reliable producer especially in the field of the production of Some products which have been produced for high-voltage and undersea cables like heavy type winders and unloaders which have a diameter of up to 5000 mm and a weight of up to 60 tons and cable pullers which have a tractive power of 6000 kg,
Competitiveness plays a big role in the development of foreign trade and export. According to your view, which policies and measures are needed in order to increase the competitive power of the sector and raise the service standards ?
One of the most important factors of corporate growh is marketing. It is very important to carry out market research studies for the purpose of showing up yourself.
Services like after-sale services and responding to feed-back from the customers are important parts of a strategy in the name of providing information to the customer . For that reason our company attributes big importance to quality . According to our view the concept of quality covers the whole range of items including the raw material which is reliable in all respects, the appropriateness of what we call the process of delivery to the customer and includes the whole process beginning from the receipt of the order up to the delivery of the product to the customer and a flexible production system and similar modern production systems . We show our best efforts to be the best with our workers and engineers and have the edge over our competitors.
