We observed, as a result of the detailed investigations and researches carried out through us in the sector, that the most imported product is the plastic raw material loader. Subsequently we based all our priorities on this product. Mr. Topçuoglu, stating that they realized the production of BT-HY series raw material loaders in various sizes and capacities according to the needs of the market which were completely made in Turkey even including the software thereof by benefiting from their past experiences and brought them together with producers who add value to our country, answered our questions as to the Boztek Mekatronik company as well as the activities of the company.

First and foremost, would you kindly explain your company and the establishment thereof briefly ?

My name is Burak Can TOPÇUOGLU and I was born in Eminönü district of Istanbul province. I graduated from Mechatronics Engineering Department of Sakarya University.

Boztech Mekatronik, on the other hand, is a company which believes a strong Turkey can be achieved through hard work, production and export and which strives to produce products which are imported in the plastics industry or products, production of which do not meet the needs with all its energy and knowledge and which has been established for this purpose.

Would you please give us information as to the products you are manufacturing?

We observed, as a result of the detailed investigations and researches carried out through us in the sector, that the most imported product is the plastic raw material loader. Subsequently we based all our priorities on this product. We realized the production of BT-HY series raw material loaders in various sizes and capacities according to the needs of the market which were completely made in Turkey even including the software thereof by benefiting from their past experiences and brought them together with producers who add value to our country.

Are there other products in your short-term production plans?

We definitely have other products in our short-term production plans. We are very loyal to the objective of our establishment. We continue our R & D activities without stopping and resting and by including new products and developing our existing products. We are dealing with the production issues in the sector and striving in order to develop solutions. I can also tell you that we shall talk about our new products soon.

What is the difference between the products or the services you provide compared with the imported ones?

You will accept the fact that production is a difficult and painful process which requires serious responsibility however it is also a process which makes you proud. We wholeheartedly assert the fact that we consider production as a national duty. Regarding the differences of our product from its imported counterparts in the market is that we insist that we offer the best in terms of quality and price. Furthermore, we would like to state the fact that we reflect the advantage of being a manufacturer in terms of both after-sales service and supply of spare parts to our esteemed clients.

Do you also have works on marketing and service?

We can say that marketing and service network constitute the most important issues for us. We would like to declare the fact that we are currently exerting a serious effort inorder to establish a domestic and international sales and service network. Our negotiations with companies which have equipment and experience at sufficient level, in addition to our existing partner companies, still continue. Especially in the cable sector, we strictly cannot accept if the production line of a manufacturer is in a state of disruption due to failure of our products. We can say that we have taken into consideration each and every possibility in the finest detail with an eye to avoid these issues . We are striving to provide quality, trust and satisfaction together in the most appropriate way to our esteemed clientele. The level we have achieved makes us extraordinarily happy. But we will always be in pursuit of the formula for getting better and better. As a company our target is to achieve excellent works and we are pleased to the extent we get closer to our target.

What would you like to say as to usage of your product?

Plastic Raw Material Loaders, as their names suggest, are devices which load the raw materials on the machine by virtue of vacuum. The cited devices, which considerably decrease the workload and prevent possible disruptions during the production process, have become indispensable for the users with each and every passing day. Furthermore, raw material loaders which prevent possible work accidents, also ensure a more comfortable working environment for employees of companies.

What would you like to add finally?

We would like to address our potential users who have the chance of preferring through your esteemed side on this occasion. It is normal to buy and use an imported product when there is no domestic production thereof. However, we think that our right of preference should be in the direction of machines and devices produced locally as much as possible. This will empower and encourage our producers and bring us one step closer to our dream and target of becoming a self-sufficient country. We consider as a liability to declare again the fact that we have always believed that the best of everything can be done in our country and by us. We wish good works and fruitful earnings to all members of or sector who work hard, produce and add value to our country.
