dynamic manufacturer. We manufacture by adapting
to all technologic developments, by prioritizing
our customer satisfaction principle in direction with
our customers’ demands and needs. Mr. Coşkun
stating that they are providing fast and practical
solutions for the sector answered our questions on
the sector.
May you introduce your company and yourself?
As C- Mtech we started to provide our service in
year 2014. Actually our company may be considered
as a new company but we are very old in this
sector. However, we made a restart with Mtech. We
believe that we reached a very good point in a very
short time in spite of all difficulties and tough competition
in the sector. We plan to continue at that
speed and we will do it. With quick but firm steps.
In Turkey, there is severe quality distrust towards
local manufacture and so, may you provide information
on standards and documents of products you
manufacture to eliminate that distrust?
As Mtech, our products are under our guarantee.
Products we manufacture are offered to our customers
under TSE standards. Furthermore, we are
able to respond our customers at the shortest time
with our spare parts and after sales services.
Besides, we are now rolling up our sleeves for ISO
9001-2008 standard. Furthermore, we almost have
completed our documents required to obtain a CE
certificate. And also we would like to mention that
we are proud of our principled and disciplined
works.
Is there any work you carry out to ensure added
value to our country and your company and if any,
may you inform the sector about it?
As a new company and brand, our customers’ references
are very important for us. Therefore, we aim
to benefit continuously from the cutting edge technology.
Many company uses current technology.
Our aim is to provide faster and quality solutions
thanks to the cutting edge technology. As an example,
we may indicate our Cross Winder machinery
having a speed 300 mt/min for Cat-5 and Cat-6
cables that we implement and manufacture for the
first time in Turkey.
What kind of activities your company carries out
throughout the world in order to create new markets?
There are a few companies we are negotiating with
to open up to the world market. Besides, we will
attend fairs as all companies do. Furthermore, we
have concluded our first agreement with the company
Ros Machinery of which we are the Distributor
in Turkey. Since we are a new company, companies
approach us hesitantly. However, companies working
with us are very satisfied of meeting us. We
also strive extraordinarily to not betray their trust
and to provide our services with our entire opportunities.
As a company, what is your growth target for year
2015?
As Mtech, we have, of course, certain targets to
close the gap as needed by our country and to grow
with firm steps. Cable sector has been always in
search of more practical and faster machinery. And
it is possible by using new technologies. Increasing
our current capacity and providing good and better
services to our customers are among our primary
targets.
