We realize our sales to such countries as Turkey, Germany, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Norway, Austria and Czechoslovakia. Our sales of machinery to the african countries, which were among our targets in the previous years, continue and our activities directed at structuring the marketing in those countries are also continuing. We target the northern and southern American markets and we shall expand our sale area by realizing exports to those countries as well.
Mr. Çengel answered our questions : Mr. Çengel could you give some information about the activities of your company ? Our company has beem active in the cable sector for approximately 25 years with the production of the production lines used in the manufacturing of fiber optic, energy and communication cables as well as with the production of winders, unloaders, cabling equipment, cooling channels etc. machinery. It has especially proved that in the recent years that it is a reliable producer of heavy tyoe winders and unloaders with up to a diameter of 5000 mm and a weight of 600 tons which it had produced for high voltage and sub-marine cables and cabling equipment with a spanning strength of up to 6000 kg. How many countries are there in your export portfolio and what is their relative weight in your export structure ?

Which are the markets in which your company come to the fore, become dominant or challenge leadership in terms of competition? We attribute great importance to quality in order to ensure providing the best service in the field of the production of cable machinery. Besides we also pay attention to feedback from the customers in order to ensure customer satisfaction . I may say that we compete with the best companies in this regard.
Do you have new products in the cable sector?
We are a company which works on an order basis. We design the product, which is demanded by the customer, in line with the needs of the customer in order to ensure customer satisfaction . We are able to add novelties to the machinery produced by us even if their names and types may remain the same. We develope ourselves in this, direction and are able to put forward new ideas for the same purpose as well.
What should cable producers pay attention to when they choose their machines?
The producers take into consideration factors such as technology, quality, service, price and security while making a choice of machinery. There are many technical standarts regarding the manufacturing of machinery. The conformity of the machinery to those standarts is very important. The raw material used shall determine the features of the end product. Factors such as durabilitiy, flexibility and right measurement shall be shapened depending on the raw material. Factors such as the turnaround to the customer, dialogue with the customer and exchange of ideas with the customer are also important factors from the point of view of making ourselves valuable from the point of view of the customer…
What kind of a strategy have you followed from the first day up to the present day for the purpose of finding new markets, becoming established in these markets, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing the exports?
Marketing is one of the most important factors of growth. Carrying out market surveys is a very important activity from the point of view of making ourselves recognized. Such activities as the sale of the end product, servicing and turnaround to the customers constitute an important strategy from the point of view of informatory activities. It is a positive asset to ensure customer satisfaction in our day in which high quality and cheap raw material has gained importance. For that reason our company attributes great importance to quality . In our opinion, we can include in the concept of quality such factors as raw material which is reliable in all respects, the suitability of the process that we call customer delivery process and begins from the receipt of the demand amd ends with the delivery of the product to the customer, a flexible production system and similar production systems. We do our best together with our employees and engineers in order to be the best and have the upper hand on our competitors. Our company continues its sales of machinery in the european market and increases its sale volume every day. In the local market on the other hand, the companies which attribute importance especially to quality and efficiency prefer our machinery . The rapid increase of the number of such companies in our country ensures the increase of the market share of our company . Being able to make a difference generally makes one to be one step ahead of the competitors.

Our company is the holder of the certificates of ISO 9001:2009 Quality Management System and TS 18001 Work Hygiene and Security Management System (OHSAS) ileTS EN ISO 14001 Environmental management system .
