What are the products and services provided by Meliksah Machinery to its customers?
Our company has been founded in the year 2005 and is engaged in the production of cable peeling, cable breaking, e-waste and tyre recycling machinery. Our company continuously follows up the latest technological developments about the machinery which it produces and continues its efforts directed at increasing the efficiency of our machinery. Our company has been able to consolidate its place in the sector and in the international platform as a result of these efforts. Our company has always adopted the understanding of good quality production with its specialized and experienced staff and provide service to its customers in line with that understanding.

What kind of advantages do the customers who use your products obtain in terms of efficiency, cost etc.?
Our company attributes great importance to quality in order to sustain its achievements. We always use first class material for the production of our machinery and make no concessions from quality. Besides our machinery is installed by our authorized personnel personally during the process of delivery and the customer is provided all the training required for obtaining good quality products. Our personnel leaves the work-place of the customer after the approval of the customer has been obtained at the phase of delivery. This method is applied in all our sales both at home and abroad. Our company also attributes great importance to meeting the demands of the customer after the sale. All the problems that may arise are solved on site as quickly as possible and any disturbance of the production activities of our customers is prevented in this way.
The most important advantage that our customers obtain in terms of cost and efficiency by using our products is the non-existence of techical failures thanks to the first class material used for the production of our machinery and. consequently the avoidance of discontinuities of the production process. Our customers incur no difficulties in finding the contact person to answer their questions and propose solutions for their problems both before and after the sales and all kinds of information shall be provided to them as soon as possible
Could you give us information about your sales to the domestic market and your activities directed at export?
Our company is predominantly export oriented. Approximately 80 % of our sales are exported to the foreign markets. Our company has realized the installation of machinery to approximately 350 locations inside our country since the year 2005. And in the year 2016 we have realized exports to countries like Saudi Arabia, Dubai, TRNC and Singapore. Our company has realized the installation of the first and only tyre recycling plant in TRNC in the year 2005. The machinery sold to Dubai is also important for our company from the point of view of entrance to the market. Furthermore cable a breaking machine and cable peeling machine have been installed in Singapore in the month of June. These machines are the first of their kind for the Singapore and South-east Asian markets.
What are your thoughts about the first quarter of the year 2016 and what are your expectations from the second-quarter?
The year 2016 has been experienced as a distressful year from the point of view of the global markets. Markets have been negatively affected especially by the adverse conditions that have emerged in the scrap markets as well as the latest developments that have emerged in Europe and the conflicts that have been experienced with Russia. For that reason our company has turned towards alternative markets in order to reduce the losses, which have arisen from the said adverse conditions that have emerged in the first half of the year 2016 to a minimum level and it has indeed reaped the benefits of those efforts. We shall continue our efforts, which are required to have a lasting existence in the new markets to which we have opened ourselves, in the second half of the year 2016.
Could you make an evaluation of the general situation, future and problems of your sector both at home and in the global markets Stagnation prevails in our country and the global markets as a result of political and economic uncertainties. We hope that political and economic uncertainties disappear in the recent future and the markets become stabilized again. The markets shall be automatically relieved when those uncertainities disappear, people shall begin to see the future and turn towards new investments. This is our evaluation of the current situation of the markets.
