Forplas which has been continuing its production activities as a reliable company in its sector since 1982 has exhibited a permanent development process by producing quality and qualified products with a high level of cost – effectiveness and following up the actual laws and regulations, in the face of the increasing demand brought about by the develeopüng technology . Forplas offer various products and services to the use and for the success of its customers with its professional and corporatestructure .
This structure encompasses such sources as the wide range of products , special formulas,product development, regulation and a deep knowledge about the product. Besides these, the most important assurance of our customers are the employees of Forplas who are all experienced , conscious of their responsibilities , honest and productive in compliance with the corporate standarts. . .
As a result of the investments that have been realized since 2013, Forplas is continuing its production activities in the new production plant which has a new machinery park, technological laboratory and infrastructure . Thanks to this investment the company has increased its capacity to produce qualified hard and soft PVC granules at the rate of 40%.
Forplas has redesigned all production and management processes that reflects its new understanding of management on the basis of the professional support that it has received from a specialized consultancy company. It follows up developments and technology closely and enhances its development continiously with its products, production and employees. Both in-company training as well as training programs prepared by independent iexperts are provided to our employees and top level management staff in a variety of fields like professional , strategic and personal development .
Forplas effectively implements management activities such as quality awareness , confidence focused work approach, brand reliability, a sound and effective management system for employee -customer relations and work security process.
Forplas fulfills the customer requirements by securing product security and product performance results by means of the advanced technology analysis and control laboratory that it had designed during the construction of its new production plants. All production processes have been taken under control thanks both to its specialized staff with higher education and control, experiment and analysis devices it continues to give confidence to its customers with the research and development activities that it carries out .
Besides, Forplas continues its research and development activities which it carries out in cooperation with our universities and national certification institution TSE .It has obtained successful results from examinations – experiments and tests as a result of that cooperation.
Forplas continues to plan its future by making contacts with the potential local and foreign customers and sellers in K 2013 DUSSELDORF Fair in which it participated as the only sectoral representative of our company.
