Şinik answered our questions about the sector. Could you tell us about the development and establishment process of your sector and company?
Our company was founded in 2005 and produces recycling machinery for wire and cable peeling, e-waste and rubber. Our company continuously follows the latest technological developments regarding the machinery produced and continues its activities to increase the productivity of our machinery. As a result of these studies, our company has secured its position in the industry and international platform. Our company has always followed a principle of quality production through its expert and experienced personnel and, with this principle, provided service for its customers.
Our company has exported products to 60 countries as well as sold to 350 points in the domestic market. Among the countries we particularly exported are GERMANY, FRANCE, HOLLAND, BELGIUM, AUSTRIA, BULGARIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, SWEDEN, SWITZERLAND, FINLAND, ROMANIA, MOLDOVA, UKRAINE, RUSSIA, GREECE, KOSOVO, ENGLAND, USA, COLOMBIA, UAE, SOUTH AFRICA, TUNISIA, LIBYA, ETHIOPIA, IRAQ, SYRIA, JORDAN, EGYPT, KUWAIT AND QATAR.
The companies should establish a strong quality policy in order to survive in the competitive conditions of the market in 2015; so could you tell us about your quality policy?
We always use the highest quality parts and equipment in the machinery we produce. We owe to this concept in exporting the products to 60 countries. Therefore, our machinery does not create problems to our customers as long as their regular maintenance is conducted. In addition we provide one year warranty for our machines. Every kind of defects occur with our machine are corrected within a short time without suffering our customers. After one year, we provide a ten-year service warranty for our machinery we sell. Within the said ten years, we only collect the fee for spare parts and the defects are corrected within the shortest time.
Could you please tell us about your activities in order to keep pace with the change and developments in your industry in Turkey and in the world?

At the end of these activities, our company has completed the improvements in rubber recycling and electronic waste recycling machinery, and established two plants, one in Tunisia and the other in Bulgaria.
