Could you please give some information about Bemos Machine and Automation to our readers?
Bemos Automation has been founded in Denizli in the year 2009. The purpose of our foundation was to provide high quality project, consultancy and technical services in all the sectors in which the existing system has been transformed into an automated system like the cable factories, glass factories and Rolling mills by means of the state of the art technological devices which our company use in the projects and services that it provides in the accompaniment of modern technological knowledge and experiences by supplying Scada and PLC systems, servomotor, MCC panels and control systems as well as by providing system engineering and project services which are need in the fields of industrial automation and computer based control systems in our country.
What are your objectives as Bemos Machine and Automation ?
Our objective in our activities as Bemos Automation is to go ahead on our way with a young, dynamic and professional team who is ready to provide service in all areas of industry by means of the systems that we have developed on the basis of the demands of our customers. Our objective as Bemos Automation is to be the best company in the sector through providing engineering solutions that recognizes no limits in respect of both field of business and content like the system solutions directed at improving the project based activities and the production of the equipment that would support the research and development activities in the industrial sector .
Could you please give some information about the fields of activity of your company?
Bemos Automation is in a process of permanent development since the date of its foundation and we continiously maintain out staff at an adequate level in order to be able to provide better service to our costomers in the sector. Our company offers turnkey industrial automation solutions to the sector. Besides we also extend support to the sector through the sale of automation material.
What are the services that you provide to the cable sector as Bemos Machine and Automation?
The main services that we provide to the cable sector are the automation of extrusion lines, insulation lines and machinery, automation of sheath line, automation of tandem Rolling mill, and the automation of the sheath line of the lift cable. Our services provided for wire thinning lines comprises the automation of rough wire drawing line, automation of the middle wire drawing line, automation of the thin wire drawing line, automation of the wire producing machinery, automation of the wire drawing and collecting machines. Besides, the automation of the following units is provided in the field of twist lines: rigid twist lines, buncher twist lines, single twist lines, sz twist line, drum twist lines and zırhlama xx line. We provide automation for granule machinery, mixers and weighing machinery as far as plastic sector is concerned. What would you like to tell the sector about your new system, namely data – monitoring system.
İt is our data monitoring system which makes it possible to monitor the amount of energy drawn from the energy consumption systems instantenously, retrospective reporting in the energy consumption and the production made in the machinery and the recording of the operator who makes retrospecive reporting on production. Obtaining the machine performance reports automatically and recording the causes and duration of the failure of the machinery and the instantenous monitoring of the production in the factory in terms of type, speed and meters.
