2M Cable's “Sales Academy the Graduates”

The Sales Academy Program that was started by 2M Cable in October 2014 graduated the students in June. Within the frame of 10-month training, 20 sessions were held with the participation of Domestic Sales and Marketing Manager İlker İşgör and the sales employees working throughout Turkey, and trainings were given on various subjects. In the first term of this long-term academy, which was organized by Yüce Uyanık from İFA Special Training and Consultancy company, studies on preparation for sales were done in detail and then in the second term, actual sales and marketing approaches were examined and a workshop was carried out on sensuous sales. After the lessons on negotiations, objections and financial awareness, the training program ended with studies on preparing and applying subsidiary/customer trainings. In Şile Gardens Hotel, where the final training and the graduation ceremony took place, the sales team got their certificates with the participation of 2M Cable Inc. Chairman of the Executive Board Mehmet Dereli and they had a pleasant time at the celebration that was held after the ceremony.
Thanks to the Sales Academy program, which was completed successfully by all the sales representatives, the contributions of the training are clearly seen each day both in the private lives of the employees and in their 2M Cable field operations.
