Can we have some information about the establishment of your company named “Teknik Hadde ve Kalıp” and the stages you experienced for coming to these days ?

Ourcompany was established on May 2013 and targeted carbide rolls, Pcd rolls and Nd rolls and repair and sales of new production. We develop ourselves and grow more and more each year inour company established due to the requirements in this sector and we are adapting ourselves to all innovations by following the technology closely in order that the service we provide becomes useful.

Can we get information as to the products you produce for our industry and their usage areas?

Pcd and Nd rolls are used in copper, gold, aluminum wire drawing. At the same time, the use of Pcd in 1008 carbon iron wires is increasing. In the light of this, we export and import both Pcd and Nd rolls abroad. We also make Copper wire drawing, Aluminum wire drawing, Gold wire manufacturing, Copper twisting and tightening rolls, Cable, Nipple and Mirror sets according to our customers’ request.

Can we get information about your company’s goals in 2020 ?

Our aim is to increase customer satisfaction by offering quality products in Pcd and Nd rolling mills and triple our foreign targets in 2020.

You offer appropriate and quality products to your customers by closely following the needs of the sector. Can can you give information about your products and the stage of formation of you company and your facility?

We make new equipment purchases and conduct R & D works each and every year in our facilities in order to provide affordable and quality products our esteemed customers. We, together with our experienced team, train new and young masters who will have full technical knowledge and business skills at a higher level of working conditions in the market. We are making both 1.500-2000 new repairs with 4 people as 3 masters and 1 journeyman. We have 750-1000 monthly repairs and 500-750 new sales per month with our 5 masters in the carbide part.

What would you like to add finally?

In general we make sales to the domestic market in Turkey and make export to Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran and Algeria. Furthermore, we make scrap Tungsten carbide rolling mill dismantling within our facilities. We buy in tonnage and kg. We make the pricing by seeing the material. We offer prices as foreign currency or make barter by providing new rolls for them. By trading in foreign currency we ensure that the our valued customers gain profit.
