Janne Hosio as Upcast Managing Director

UPCAST OY – the Finnish company and the original developer of the upward upcasting technology – has appointed Janne Hosio as Managing Director as of the 1st of March 2022. Janne joined UPCAST OY already in 2001 as a young Project Engineer, specialized in electrics and programming. He holds an Engineering degree from the Central Ostrobothnia University of Applied Sciences (2001). Having been with the company in various positions for 21 years he has shown his capabilities for more responsibilities over the years and has become an expert with regard to the UPCAST® products and technology. He also knows the markets and the customer base. Before this new position Janne Hosio was the Sales Director responsible for all the global sales and marketing activities and customer relationships of the company.
