Erse Kablo extended its thanks to all of its 42 dealers operating in 7 regions of Turkey due to their success and supports in the field of sales, shipment and service in the first quarter of the year with the message of “Together One Step Forward”. Erse Kablo continues to aim to maintain its service quality thanks to its fast and solution-generating strategies in an organized manner together with its dealers and domestic sales team.

ERSA, offering the partnership with its domestic sales network structure by taking into consideration the equal satisfaction of its Dealers and all stakeholders, has a strong domestic “Dealer System” structure by the widespread and wide sales network thereof in the Turkish market including especially its head office and its Regional Sales Representative Offices in Ankara, Bursa, Izmir, Samsun and Adana provinces. Erse Kablo continues to play an active role in the market by managing regional sales and service activities with its dealers in product groups of coaxial, signal control, fire resistant, communication, data communication and control cables all of which are within its product range. Erse Kablo also carries out the sales and marketing activities of Ervital, Erflex and Erline brands according to their regional strategies, together with its dealers.

Erse Kablo, the strong brand of the Turkish cable industry which was established in 1996, began to form Dealership structuring in 2012, established the “Dealership System” based on mutual trust by combining its know-how and experience in the sector with its Dealers and underlined that they are stronger together with its Dealers thanks to this system. Erse Kablo continues to consider the happiness of all its stakeholders with an understanding of commercial ethics towards all its customers who believe in the Erse brand and its dealers and who are devoted to Erse brand.

Erse Kablo Sales Management states that they have structured their relations with their customers on understanding of trust, stability, experience, quality service and they aim to establish the most effective communication with their customers by ensuring customer satisfaction and they aim to ensure the sustainability of their sales and marketing policy together with a sustainable production. We continue our dealership system in mutual trust with our esteemed dealers, who increase the awareness of our brand and attach importance to quality and after-sales services in 2019-2020. Our production of demanded products for the shelves of our dealers and customers enabled us to create a wide and robust dealer network in the country. We attach importance to maintain our “reliable brand” image for our dealers and customers, and we evaluate this according to the results of our customer satisfaction surveys throughout the year. We have a loyalty bond with our dealers and customers, and our priority is to maintain and support this bond; their trust in us increases our effectiveness even more in the market.
