Enerji ve telekomünikasyon kabloları sek-
töründe dünya lideri Prysmian Group’un
“Build the Future” uluslararası işe alım
programının beşinci dönemi başladı.
Programın amacı; şirketin profesyonelleri-
ni belirlemek, eğitmek ve aralarından en
iyilerini geleceğin yöneticileri olarak yetiş-
tirmek.
Prysmian Group tarafından programa alı-
nacak yaklaşık 40 kişide, Mühendislik ve
Ekonomi dallarında diploma
sahibi
olmak, değişime açık ve istekli, takım
çalışmasına yatkın, liderlik becerilerine ve
girişimci bir ruha sahip, uluslararası
deneyimlere açık ve istekli olmak gibi
özellikler aranıyor. Belirlenecek adaylar
eksiksiz bir eğitim alacak ve programın
sonunda, şirketin özellikle Ar-Ge, üretim
veya satış birimlerinden birinde göreve
başlayacaklar.

da bulundu; “İnsan kaynakları yönetimi
Prysmian Group için stratejik bir unsur-
dur. Yetenekleri geliştirebilmek ve gerçek
anlamda değerlendirebilmek, beraberin-
de uluslararası değişim ve eğitim prog-
ramları sunmak grubumuzun gelecekteki
büyümesini destekleyecek önemli bir
rekabet avantajını temsil ediyor. ‘Build
the Future’ programı, bu açıdan sürekli
ilerlemek için benimsediğimiz şirket stra-
tejilerine somut bir örnek teşkil ediyor.
Grubumuzun geleceğini inşa edecek,
ümit vaat eden gençleri bulmaya ve yetiş-
tirmeye devam edeceğiz.”
Program, bu sene de süresi açık bir söz-
leşme ve Milano’daki genel merkezde
başlangıç ve eğitim döneminden oluşan
ve ardından kişinin kendi ülkesinde bir yıl-
lık iş rotasyonu içeren bir paket sunmaya
devam ediyor. Bu 12 aylık dönem, seçilen
katılımcılara üretim sürecini yakından
görme ve fabrikada geçirilecek ciddi süre
sayesinde süreçleri, ürün teknolojilerini
ve müşteri ilişkilerinin dinamiğini iyice
anlama imkanı verecek. Deneyimin yurt-
dışında belli bir departmanda geçirilecek
sonraki iki yılı ise, yeni mezunların şirke-
tin organizasyon yapısına tam anlamıyla
entegre olmalarını ve iş hedeflerine kendi
katkılarını sunmalarını sağlayacak.
Programın ilk üç yılın sonundaki hedefi,
kişinin kendi ülkesinde veya yurtdışında
orta kademe yöneticilik rollerine ya da
teknik bir alanda uzman olarak atanması
olup, bu süreçte performans değerlendir-
melerini, kişisel yetkinlikleri, sonuçları ve
şirketin ihtiyaçlarını dikkate alan başarı
bazlı bir yaklaşım uygulanıyor.
Yaklaşık 40 ideal adayla ilgili arama çalış-
maları, 2015 Aralık ayı sonuna kadar
devam edecek. Gerek yerel gerek Grup
düzeyinde yürütülecek kapsamlı değer-
lendirme süreçlerinin ardından, genç
adayların belirlenmesi ve işe alınmasıyla
ilgili çalışmaların 2016’nın ilk çeyreğinde
tamamlanması hedefleniyor.
“Build the Future” programı çerçevesinde
bugüne dek 30 ülkeden (Avustralya,
Brezilya, Çin, Kolombiya, Danimarka,
Mısır, Finlandiya, Fransa, Almanya,
Hindistan, Endonezya, İtalya, Lübnan,
Meksika, Norveç, Hollanda, Polonya,
Rusya, Singapur, Slovakya,
İspanya,
İsveç, Tayland, Türkiye, Macaristan,
İngiltere, ABD ve Venezuela) 130 genç
çalışan eğitildi ve farklı ülke ve pozisyon-
lardaki görevlerine yerleştirildi.

There are no domestic audiences that we
have not been able to access. We provide
service throughout the country, with our
strong and widespread dealer network.
Our close relationship with our corporate
customers, who prioritize the quality, will
continue in the future.
We continue seeking for new foreign mar-
kets.”
Kakillioğlu, who says that they will com-
pensate their sales loss due to the insta-
bility environment in the region by estab-
lishing new markets, replied our magazi-
ne’s questions.
How was 2015 for your company? Could
you achieve your targets? What are your
expectations for 2016?
We can say that we are close to our tar-
get, when considering the first three
quarters of the year. Particularly due to
the unfortunates in the close regions,
including Iraq, we had somewhat deviati-
ons in our export target. As a leading
cable and wire producer in Turkey, today
we sell cable and wire to 130 countries
over all continentals. We aim to increase
our export rate up to 50% of our revenue
at least, which is now about 30%, in the
medium term. We target to continue our
stable growth in 2016 as well.
Hes Kablo has operated in the sector for
long years. From this point of view, could
you tell us about the competition advan-
tage and corporate identity of your com-
pany?
We are the most known and preferred
company in the sector we provide servi-
ce. Behind our leadership in the sector
lies proper and quality product presenta-
tion to the customers by following the
needs of the sector as well as our pro-
duction of copper and aluminum wire
rod, PVC and HFFR granule that are the
raw materials of filling/cover/insulation
materials and manufacturing of quill,
chest and pallet that are packaging
materials, in our integrated facilities.
The cable and wire industry is open for
improvement and a progressive sector…
In this point of view, it is an absolute
must to consider the requirements of the
age, understand the technological needs
and be one step ahead when building the
future. In order to keep up with our lea-
dership position and make it permanent,
we pay great importance to R&D and
Production & Development. Thanks to
this structure of us, we are able to rapidly
respond the customer demands. As an
innovative and assuring company, our
structure provides us to be preferred by
the consumers and protection of our
brand value. In addition, every brand
should invest for its brand in order to

HDOPlast was founded in 2011 as a result of
15 years of experience in the wire&cable
industry. In particular, HDOPlast aims to the
adversities solution for specific compound
demand in this sector. The core business of
HDOPlast is innovative compounds production
as HFFR (Halogen Free Flame Retardant) com-
pounds as well as PVC (non-migratory, UV
resist, Low Smoke, Flame Retardant, Low HCL,
Oil Resistant, 90C-105C-125C) and PE based
bedding compounds.
It has been producing goods according to con-
sumer’s demand as well as standard products
by it’s professional staff, 2000 tones/mounth
production capacity, production lines which has
more than one patent and use the lastest pro-

on on new products strategy, HDOPLAST is a

In 2011, for R&D purposes HDOPlast founded
in 1000m2 plant and after a short period it has
became a company which can supply raw mate-
rials for the market.
After installation a state of the art technology
production line Boksor-120R, the company has
started to production of PE based bedding com-
pounds which is eliminate talc powder usage in
PVC insulation and PVC sheathing cable confi-
gurations and has reached a strong successful.
With tailor made production according to cus-
toms production lines, innovative products,
wide products portfolio, fast delivery times and
customer satisfactory the company has beca-
me a leader compound manufacturer in the
market in a short time.
Additional of new compounds R&D and produc-
tion, the company played a key role about the
compounding lines development and HDO-
PLAST covered the market expectations.
In 2013, as a result of demand increasing the
company decided a new investment and beca-
me an indispensable company in the market.
Thanks to long term stable R&D period the
company had successfully achieved HFFR pro-
duction.
The plant is equipped with 2 Boksör-120R
counter-rotating twin screw 22L/D compoun-
ding line assist with fully automatic dosing
system.
Boksör-120R has the capability of 3D distributi-
ve mixing and dispersive kneading via paten-
ted screw and barrel configuration.
