SARMAKİNA Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is a manufacturing, engineering and contracting com-pany that has been founded in 1991 by SARKUYSAN A.S., which is the biggest copper wire manufacturer in Turkey.
MMain products:

Machines (Motor driven pay-offs and spoolers, bunching machines, bobbin winders, rewin-ding lines, emulsion systems, filters, tin plating lines) supplied to wire and cable industry Standard and custom-made steel reels Furthermore we are making projecting, manufacturing, subcontracting and contraction works, steel construction works.

What are your targets on exports during the upcoming year?

During the next year our export targets are especially European countries, USA and Russia. We have customers from USA, Germany, Italy, England, Bulgaria, Crotia, Austria and other Europan countries who buy our machinery and steel reels periodically. Demands for SARMAKİNA’s products have increased because European companies to invest on new machinery and expand their production. Also competing with European machine manufac-turers on quality and price lets SARMAKINA brand to be strongly recognized and also taking place in this critical market makes us proud so that we try to maximize our quality and ser-vices. We are entering the new period successfully and determined. We get happy that our exports have gone up compared to previous years.

What are your expectations from the coming period? What is your target for production and profits?

We have routine local sales as usual. On the other hand especially this year our exports make us happy with our customer portfolio growing every day. There is competition in this sector just like in any other sector. I can say that we are strong enough not to have the need for competition in local market because of we believe in our quality and price for our pay-offs, spoolers, bunching machines, rewinding machines, bobbin winders, emulsion systems, tin plating lines and filters as well as our steel reels. Of course we have big com-petitors in global scale but they are not Far-Eastern manufacturers who sell low quality with low price, they are World’s biggest manufacturers such as Germany and other European countries.

We are targeting a 10% growth in production and profits till the end of this year. Do you have new products and projects in the coming period, which products will you give importance for marketing in the new period?

We have new plans and investment programme in the next period as well as every year. As a company that always develops itself and its products, we have started our continuous training to make our production quality even better this year. With the quality laboratory we established in our new factory, we have made our quality understanding more systematic. We also started to have continuous trainings and educations as a company who is always thrilled for improvement for both products and self-achievements. We are having one-on-one educations and trainings for all operations to make our working environments safer, better, more efficient and to make our standards even higher, we improve ourselves even better than ever and we continue to grow every other day. We will live all our efforts and the positive outcomes with our dear customers. After moving to our new factory, both the rene-wal and growth of our work areas, as well as the increase in the number of employees made possible the thinking and designing the new products and the increase in the pro-duction of existing products. As for the second part of your question, our bobbin winder lines that we produce for the bobbins that feed the braiding machines continue to work in the biggest cable and wire factories from Brazil to England. Considering both the orders we have and with the planned demands of our customers in the new period, we are waiting for an busy upcoming year. After completing the needs of our sister companies (Sarkuysan, Sark Wire, Sark Bulgaria) for double twist bunching machine, this year, we started to meet the needs of our other customers. Our bunching machines began to run in Turkey’s and Europe’s most important companies. We are in negotiations with other global cable com-panies for their needs in the coming years for bunching machines. The number of pay-offs running all over the world is now approaching 1000 pcs.
