We devoted our last two years to improving our business and consequently decided to increase our production volume by 50% in the last quarter of this year. New additions to our machine park as well as process additions suitable for mass production have been launched. Mr.Şahin, stating that they will enter 2020 by growing as Termo Kimya, answered our questions about the sector.

Could you tell us about the establishment of your company named Termo Kimya and the stage it has reached in our day?

After the engineering education I received in plastics chemistry I have worked in this industry as a professional many years and 12 years ago I decided to continue working in this area by establishing my own company. Termo Kimya was found in this way. We have become a demanded and trusted supplier in many sectors in the field of soft pvc compound granules during this period.

Surviving in the sector is really difficult if we look from the outside. What would you like to say about it?

Working in the field of manufacturing continues to have its challenges today like it was before. In difficult times, we reviewed our targets and redefined our strategies. We devote our energy and resources to development and to making our job in a right way. We know that we will finally succeed if we do our job well and take patient and smart steps. We have started to grow thanks to the steps we have taken in terms of development in this period which I think is an indication that we are on the right way.

What would you like to say about the areas of use of your products?

Our products have a wide range of use from cable to window, from shoes to animal husbandry and from health to construction.

We are producer of both soft PVC Granules and Stabilizers. As such, we have a wide range of engineering capabilities in this field and can quickly meet the demands. We deal with all kinds of technical issues of our esteemed clientele one by one and continue to develop our products until our customers make their production with maximum efficiency. Therefore, this shows that we have a dynamic product development. We deal with our orders by virtue of a traceable follow-up process from raw material input to production, product shipment and finally customer satisfaction.

Can we have information about your products named Termplast® and Termplast®?

Termplast ® is our PVC Compound Granule brand. We have a product range that can meet all needs tests and expectations as PVC from 70 ° C to 125 ° C in Cable Industry. Other sectors in which we operate can be listed as window, shoe and automotive sectors. Our entire products are produced according to Reach and Rohs standards and updates are followed. Each production lot is meticulously controlled, tested before being sent to the customer and shared with our customers.

Thermstab® is our Stabilizer brand. It is one-pack heat stabilizer like Termplast which we have developed for the same sectors. In addition to these productions, we also sell other PVC additives as well as giving consultancy to many companies related to the installation and P&D of all PVC lines.

Can you evaluate your company and our sector in the last quarter of the year in an environment where competition is increasing? Could you tell us about your company’s goals in 2020?

As I just mentioned, we have devoted our last two years to improving our business and consequently we have decided to increase our production volume by 50% in the last quarter of this year. We made new additions to our machine park while process additions suitable for mass production were introduced. Briefly, Termo Kimya will enter 2020 by growing. Our Goals include developing new engineering products in cooperation with all sectors in which we work and increase our export volume. Furthermore, we will have new investments which we will make while we desire to support the development process we have achieved with sustainable growth policies.

How do you consider the brand concept for a good marketing and sales strategy in the sector? How does your company follow the marketing and sales processes in brand awareness?

What adds value to our brands; is the reliability of our products and our company. We launch our products to the market with international standards and at competitive prices which can provide optimum efficiency. There is no chance of long-term survival of a brand which cannot be supported through the product. We firstly targeted the reference companies, followed a sales strategy focused on customer experience, and our brand awareness increased as the customer satisfaction increased.

What would you like to add finally?

According to our company, one of the most important factors behind customer satisfaction is the success and happiness of our employees. Our employees are our most important stakeholders in terms of the success and targets of our company.
