Kempro Kimyasal Maddeler ve Dış Ticaret AŞ, which is founded in year 1991, has also started to produce compounds for plastic and rubber sectors since year 2014, besides being the Turkish representative and distributor of 42 world famous companies operating in the areas relating with paint,ink, textile, plastics, rubber, cables, adhesives, building chemicals, automotive, cosmetics, and food raw materials. Especially as of the beginning of this year, our product range for cable compounds have extended, whereas we can give below information about our product groups:
KEMPRO Productions
• KROL CH Series This series which is composed of PE products that are solid and physically foaming, having high density, has been especially developed for being used in the production of telecommunication and data cables and Coaxial cables and as it is our own production, the delivery period is very short.
• KROL CM Series: The products in this series, the delivery time of which are very short as they are our own production just like KROL CH, are composed of PE products that are solid and chemically foaming as having medium density. It is a quite suitable series for telecommunication and data cables, CAT 6 cable separator, and coaxial cable productions.
KROL XP Series: It is a series that is composed of PE products with cross connec-tions and it is used as insulation material in the energy and data cables. Since all of our products within KROL series can be easily processes, they create a lot of demand. The products which we supply as being the distributor of certain companies, are as specified below:
CROSSPOLIMERI Products
The products of company titled as CROSSPOLIMERI, of which we are the distributor, are mainly used in the production of special cables and they have a wide range with respect to product range.
• CROSSVINIL Series: The products within this series that is composed of various PVC compounds are being used as both insulation and sheathing material in the production of various cables such as automotive cables, cables which are durable to extreme heat, and energy cables.
• FRAGOM PR Series: The products in this series which is composed of various HFFR compounds are especially recommended for products with CPR certification and they can be used as insulation and sheathing material for all cables that are durable against heat and flames and which don’t contain halogen gas.
• FRAGOM G Series: The products of this series which is composed of HFFR com-pounds having cross connections are being used in the production of various cables such as solar cables (as sheathing material), railway cables (as sheathing material), and in automotive cables (as insulation and sheathing material).
POLIGOM Series The products in this series which is composed of EPDM/EPR compounds having cross connections are being used in the production of various cables such as solar cables (as insulation material), railway cables (as insulation material), cables having durability against oil and mud (as insulation material), RN-F type of cables (as insulation and shething material) and BQ-F type of cables (as insulation material)
• EFRHATAN Series: The products in this series which is composed of thermoplastic polyurethane compounds, are especially being used in the cables that are durable against heavy conditions (dash, heat etc) as sheathing material and they are preferred by com-panies dealing with military vehicles, automotive, cable production such as vessel cables.
INEOS Olefins & Polymer Products
The products of company INEOS, of which we are the distributor, are developed for being used as insulation and sheathing material in the production of telecommunication and data cables and coaxial cables and they are shortly specified below:
• BP 28 D 780: It is PE material which is frequently preferred by the producers of telecommunication and data cables, which can realize insulation at high speeds (nearly 2.000 m/d) as being the best in its class with medium density.
• BPD 8063: It is PE material which is especially preferred by the producers of coaxial cables and signal cables.
• BPD 4035: It is PE material which is developed to be used in the external cover of telecommunication cables, having black color and high density. From time to time, they are also preferred by companies making the production of insulated aerial line (ABC) cables.
• BPD 4020: This material, which has the same features as BPD 4035, is natural and it can be colored as requested by the user.
