LINETEC Makine has produced an automatic coiling machine which is the first of its kind in Turkey in that it sends the coil directly to packaging without using fastening equipment. Following the first model S2 Minipac coiling machine which was able to fasten polyester circle our company has produced the New Model S3 Combi model coiling machine that can send the coil directly to packaging without using any fastening equipment. This machine currently produces 4 pieces of coils at the facilities of our customers like Demas Kablo and, Koc Kablo. The advantages of the machine which sends the wound coils directly to packaging without using any fastening equipment:
• It is possible to manufacture the machine at a more economic price since the cost of manufacturing does not comprise the investment for machinery and material used the production of fastening equipment ,
• No loss of production is incurred arising out of the malfunctions and problems of that equipment which is not used in the machine.,
•An average reduction in the cost of circle or strech in the amount of 60.000 TL/ year is ensured
