Mrs. Gunercan who said that their main customer portfolio consisted of companies providing service to cooling and electronics sectors, particularly Klimasan, Vestel and Faber Frankie gave us information about their company and investments.

Could you please give us information about your company REKA A.S.?

REKA A.S. has launched its production activities in the year 2014. REKA A.S. which started its commercial activities with three partners and aimed at being a global brands since the first day of its foundation meets the needs of the durable household goods and electronic, heating and cooling sectors for cable grouping and installation products . The company continues its production activities with approximately 200 employees in its modern plant at the organized industrial zone of Manisa to which it has moved 2 years ago. We apply positive discrimination among our employees in favor of our female staff. By doing this we act as a leader for increasing the employment of women in the workplace which is currently not at the desired level in our company. Our company provides the service of installation of cable groupings and various connectors as well as complete product installation for the companies which are the leaders of their respective sectors.

Could you please give us information about your products and their field of use?

The complete set of our products are connecting pieces and feeds the direct production line of our customers. Our products are more diverse in comparison to the products produced by our customers and they are the components of finished productsi For that reason we have production and installation lines which are flexible and exhibit a wide range of diversity. We are able to realize the installation of all kinds of cable groupings, products and components ranging from the simplest ones to the most complex and from the project to the manufacturing phase thanks to our experienced personnel.

How did the REKA A.S. finish the year 2017? Have you fulfilled your expectations and achieved your goals?

REKA A.S. has left behind the year 2017 with an increase of 254.46 % in terms of production and saless in comparison to the previous year. During this process our goal for the year 2017 was to double our growth comparison to the previous years and we reached a level of growth which was twice the level we had expected. In this context we have moer than doubled the number of our employees and consequently made a significant contribution to increasing employment which is out of the goals of our country. In short we made a strong imperial impression as one of the leading suppliers of the sector by completing the year 2017 with achievements exceeding our initial targets.

Could you please tell us something about the place and importance of your company in the Turkish and international markets?

We aim at creating additional employment and export our products to abroad and make a contribution to the growing Turkish economy in this way. We plan to be the solution partner of our customers abroad with the exports that we plan.

Thanks to this infrastructure we have set as our goal to expand our product range and move forward to be a global brand. What is your customer portfolio in the market?

Our main customer portfolio consists of companies providing service to the cooling and electronics sectors, particularly Vestel, Faber Frankie. During the year 2018 we have established contacts with the leading companies of the automotive and defense industry and began to be their approved suppliers. Furthermore we have also contacted the companies providing service to the automotive main industry in our field of business and tried to create the conditions for launching serial production. Furthermore we also started studies aiming at setting up the production lines based on the logic of plain production as far as production techniques are concerned.

What are your impressions and evaluations concerning the first quarter of the year 2018?

We have observed that our sector has experienced increase of production in the first quarter of the year 2018. In the remaining part of the year we as REKA A.S. made plastic injection Investments with a view to create product diversity for our existing and new customers and become a leading company for meeting their needs. We have worked out a very detailed feasibility study for this purpose and we plan to continue our path with correct investments.

What kind of Novelties and breakthroughs do you plan in 2018 in line with your goals for the upcoming period?

It is one of our biggest goals to take firm steps forward in the upcoming period and achieve a proper and well-planned growth and become a leading company in our product segment both in Turkey and the world.
