Erse Kablo, attaching importance to training and development programs to contribute to the motivations of its employees, continues to affix the signature thereof under many exemplary applications in numerous fields from motivation to internal communication in line with its human-oriented management approach . The “Leadership Development Program” conducted through Erse Kablo Human Resources Management started in April and was completed in October of this year. It was aimed to provide methods which will ensure Erse Kablo managers and manager candidates to achieve better results in all business processes by virtue of this program as well as supporting their development and making them show more efficient performance.

Workshops were carried out with participants in the program which was conducted under the moderation of Mr. Fuat Yalçın, one of the consultants of Eriksson & Associates Company. “Leadership Development Program” is an innovative and creative program that aims to enable the managers to reveal the potential for both in themselves and their teams, develop their leadership and management skills and create teams with high performance. Strong sides and sides which needed to be developed were revealed, effectiveness in providing and receiving feedback were increased and a process supporting research and development was completed thanks to this program. Ersa Kablo HR Management continues to raise awareness by giving value to human beings by enabling its managers and manager candidates to follow closely the innovations, supporting them to adapt to new developments and highlighting internal motivation by virtue of the in-house trainings provided thereby.
