Despite embargoes, additional international taxes, economic sanctions, we have continued to export our products without slowing down.

We got new orders after the machines we export to the US in the last few months. After the plane crash crisis was over, our exports to Russia started to increase. Our transactions with Europe, Turkic Republics and African countries continues.

Properties of our special purpose new machines we specially manufacture for international market;
Kabmak manufactures machines and production lines for general cables used for energy and communication purposes, as well as machines for special purpose cables and applications and continues to market them all over the world. Using the knowledge, experience and engineering skills we have, we are working hard to move our country and our industry to the top of the world market.

* We recently deliver the production line we had manufactured for shielding and armoring, which is the most important stage in the manufacture of very special mine cables, which can only be produced by certain companies in the world to Russia. That line has been specially developed to take part in the production of mine cables, as well as general purpose armoring, hooping, shielding and transferring functions. The diameter of the tangential tapings at the input and output of the line are 700 mm and these bands has width of 50 mm and these line is designed for high speed banding of polypropylene, copper, steel and various types of bands, single or double bands and cables having a dimater of up to the 80mm.

These bandings enable to banding different materials both before and after the armoring machine. Between these tapings, there is two piece of concentric rotating shielding machine that wrap the aluminum, copper or steel wires to 60 pulley with a diameter of 250mm. These concentric shielding machines meet the needs of a very wide range of production, either rotating in the opposite direction, or in the same direction, by electronically locked to each other (electronic shaft) and thus rotating like a single machine with 120 wires.

* In addition to this, we are producing and exporting special teflon isolation extruder and lines which we are custom building and exporting to few different European countries and also we are producing twisting and isolation lines we have manufactured for very sensitive automotive parts such as break and gear wires that are used in automotive sector In the meantime, we have specially designed, manufactured and delivered machinery and isolation bands that are used for twisting, hooping, shielding and isolation of special purpose cables used in many fields such as nuclear energy, space researches and defense industry.

* A full steel rope manufacturing line that bear similarities with cable machinery process is waited the delivery to a newly established European country and a pipe manufacturing line up to 400 mm diameter is waited the delivery to an African country.

Besides after the international deliveries we have conducted for years a 2nd hand market for our products started to emerge in Europe for our products.

Design, project, software and production of cable, steel rope machines and plastic pipe machines we have manufactured;

3-4-5 axis CNC counters in 19.500 m2 closed area, 10 meter long turning machines with the diameter of 5 mt , CAD-CAM supported CNC machines and approximately forty other machines are present in our machine park
Our production is carried out by 30 white collar engineer, technician and 175 qualified personnel. We have attended the International Cable and Wire fair which was held at Düsseldorf/Germany in April 2018. We meet the intense interest of our customers who came from all over the world. We will attend AMERIKA ATLANTAINTERWIRE 2019 fair.
